As you know, YouTube is a good source to learn any type of software. You can find countless channels that produce tutorials for video editing, graphic design, motions graphics, 3D, animation etc.
If you are into video editing, more specifically, into free video editing software like DaVinci Resolve, I am sure you are looking for best YouTube channels to start learning DaVinci Resolve today.
In this article I will list the best YouTube channels that helped me learn DaVinci Resolve for free. All of these channels I have found during my past two years, since I started learning DaVinci Resolve.
As you might already know, DaVinci Resolve comes in two versions: DaVinci Resolve (which is Free) and the Studio version (which is a paid version). I won’t enter in more details, as that is not the topic of this tutorial.
However, the YouTube channels I am going to list below provide tutorials that will help you learn any of the DaVinci Resolve versions. Also, Blackmagic Design (the company behind DaVinci Resolve), recently introduced DaVinci Resolve 17, which comes with lots of new features.

1. Casey Faris
Casey Faris makes awesome DaVinci Resolve tutorials.
His videos include:

- 3D in DaVinci Resolve
- other post production tutorials
Current number of subscribers: 146K.
He posts a tutorial almost every single day.

2. Jamie Fenn
The second YouTube channel is called Jamie Fenn.
He makes different tutorials related to:

- different DaVinci Resolve effects

Current number of subscribers: 76.8K.
He posts to his channel a few time a month, but you can say for sure that he gives a lot of work to each tutorial he makes. Has great editing skills and his tutorials are fun to watch.

3. Billy Rybka
Next in the channels list is Billy Rybka.
If you want to quickly advance the editing skills in DaVinci Resolve, then this is the right channel for you.
In this channel you can find basic, up to advanced techniques, transitions and effect. All these will help to make your video better.
His tutorials are very easy to grasp. He will help you to learn to do video editing faster and easier.
I have follower his journey and I can say that his channel is the faster growing YouTube channel on DaVinci Resolve. His videos, literally get thousand of views, just hours after they are uploaded and release.

4. VFXstudy
If you want to learn vfx in DaVinci Resolve, then you must visit this YouTube channel: VFXstudy.
This guy, makes awesome thorough tutorials, but mostly focused around VFX related tutorials and video and also compositing.
He shows how to use DaVinci Resolve Fusion tab, but also has tutorials on how to use the standalone Fusion application made by Blackmagic.
For those who don’t know, both DaVinci Resolve and Fusion studio are products of Blackmagic Design.
Fusion Studio is a standalone application for vfx, compositing and motion graphics. Later on Blackmagic incorporated Fusion in DaVinci Resolve as well.
Most of the videos you will find in VFXstudy are pretty long, but are worth every second. Basic you will learn about many DaVinci Resolve aspects in details.
This channel helped me a lot in advancing my vfx, 3d, compositing and motion graphics skills in DaVinci Resolve.

Many of the tutorials are pretty detailed, so expect longer video tutorials, but very well explained.
